Collated and complete. Containing 90 pages of a general index to the rear. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, shelf wear to the boards and bumping to the head and tails of the spine and extremities. A few marks to the boards and some fading to the spine. Internally, binding is very loose, and held by cords only in several places. With amateur tape repairs to the title page, page xii, pages 72 and 73, pages 168 to 169, page 192, and page 16 to 17 of the index.
