Including his poems 'The Pirate Ship', 'The Changeful Sea', 'Jamaica Rum', 'Versus to a Young Lady', and more. Containing engraved frontispiece portrait of the author. Collated and complete, with five extra engraved plates bound in. Handsomely bound in full red morocco. A fascinating association copy, presented by the author's sister, Mrs Isabella Blyth Martin, to his sister-in-law, Mrs Charles Martin. Including a few ink inscriptions from Mrs Isabella Blyth Martin to one of the front free-endpapers: 'To Mrs Charles Blyth, Castle Garden, with kindest regards and best wishes of Mr Blyth Martin and Mrs Blyth Martin, Blyth House 27 November 1879&apos.'To Miss Bessie, Monifieth, With Mrs Blyth Martin's kind regards, Castle Garden, 5th March 1880&apos. Handsomely bound in full red morocco. Externally, smart and bright, with some light rubbing to the head and tail of the spine, spine, and extremities. Including a few ink inscriptions from Mrs Isabella Blyth Martin to one of the front free-endpapers. Internally, firmly bound.
