Containinf women's costumes of all principal nations, tribes, and people of Europe. Each volume features faithful facsimile reproductions of the original title page, illustrations, and text. In the original publisher's uniform cloth bindings. Externally generally sound with considerable shelf wear and bumping to the head and tail of the spine and extremities. Minor loss to the extremities of the spine. The back strip of 'The Mirrour of Maiestie' with a closed tear horizontally to the spine, now laid down. Internally, the hinges are only slightly strained, the binding generally firm. Light spotting scattered to the occasional leaf, although generally the pages appear very clean throughout, with a touch of age toning as usual due to the type of paper used. Good . Ill.: Not Stated.
