A little wear to the joints and spine of 1856, evidence of former loss to each volume before rebacking. Light rubbing to the boards and spines. Minor bumping to the extremities. Presentation label to the front paste downs. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are lightly age-toned and generally clean with some spots. Small tear to the title page of 1855.
