She also published volumes of puzzles and acrostics for children.To the front of this work is an advertisement for titles in the series 'Miss Bowman's Books for Boys&apos. Twelve works are listed, amongst them this novel. In the publisher's original cloth binding. Front board and spine somewhat discoloured and rubbed. Bumping to extremities and spine head and tail. Light fading to head of rear board. Evidence of bookplate removal to front pastedown, with offsetting to facing page reflecting this. Internally, firmly bound. Some marks to pages throughout.
