The rediscovery of Pompeii was a phenomena. Originally written by Carlo Bonucci, an Italian archaeologist, and Director of Archeological Works in Pompeii from 1827 to 1837. Translated from Italian into French by 'G. J.&apos. In the original calf binding. Externally, generally smart, with loss to the tail of the spine. Joints are cracked. Light bumping to the head of the spine and to the extremities. Light rubbing to the spine and touches of rubbing and maks to the boards. Small amount of loss to the spine label.
