Pocket rather neatly removed from rear pastedown. Binding is tight and hinges are intact. Other than 2 consecutive pages with a vertical (slightly diagonal) fold wrinkle, generally very nice throughout text. Notes at end of each chapter, overall Index at the rear. Good.
