Clean inside and out. No surface wear to speak of. Minor rubbing and light bumps to corners and heel of spine. Head of spine rubbed just a bit worse with just a bit of fraying. Fore-edge bump to lower board (doesn't look severe, but affects upper board slightly and has lightly kinked about half the text within at the fore-edge). Top edges gilt, one lower edge opened imperfectly. Flowing inscription in ink to FFEP: "Louise Jensen, With Greetings from Mount Tom, Gerald Stanley Lee, May 26, 1910." , Very Good.
