Two names on title page, one in ink ( Alice Richards ), one in pencil. very light tide mark on bottom corner of pages, some edgewear on last page which also has a long closed tear across it extending almost half way across. fortunately where the tear is, there is no text. Internally pages clean, a few page top corners tips are dog-eared. 37 pages. Numerous other early Reports of the Okanagan Historical Society available. Good.
