Very Good with no dust jacket. 8.5 x 15" document from Republican National Committee Headquarters stating that President Garfield has repudiated the Morey letter (repudiation reproduced here) , bearing his signature and dated Oct 23, 1880. He states that the letter is clumsy, stupid and shows false sentiments. Chipping to head and foot not into text. Interesting.
