Despite its somewhat misleading title this is an entirely new poem along with Mandeville's preface which rebuffs his detractors alerted to the premises of the original work by its republication in 1723 along with an 'Essay on Charity and Charity Schools,' and a 'Search into the Nature of Society'. F.A. Hayek observed that the decisive importance of Mandeville in the history of economics. Very Good.
