Melbourne, Govt Printer 1927. Foolscap folio printed wrapper; 19pp, 5 folding maps. An inoffensive marginal stain. ¶ Pretty rare. During its term the Commission prepared eight special reports of which it seems, struggling with ambiguous wording in the final report, only three have been printed - this and two on the removal of the livestock markets. The material here is not repeated in that final report - just a brief gloss.
