Heavy uneven fading, spotting and staining to the covers, with some warping presumably due to water exposure at some point. Some soiling. Cloth split, frayed and peeling at the foot of the spine. Heavy scuffing and fraying to the cloth along the edges. Interior solid, with general toning to the paper. Scattered foxing, staining and dampstaining in the interior. Pencil note on the first endpaper. Some small tears to the map at the folds. Poor .
