He was noted for the auctions held in his Metuchen, New Jersey location, as well as for his knowledge and developments in the field of rare books, including African-American material (University of Southern Mississippi Libraries website). FAIR/GOOD condition. Pages 11-14 DETACHED and laid in. Minor general fading, with some darkening/offsetting along the rear extremities. Minor soiling and creasing to the covers.
