On "Illinois State Historical Library" letterhead listing Angle as State Historian, he chats with this member of their Advisory Council about ISHL issues, about Alfred Whital Stern (1881-1960, wealthy businessman and Lincoln collector extraordinaire), and sets a date for the Council's next meeting. Signed simply "Paul" in blue ink. Lovely and unusual copy of an uncommon title. .
