Rugs and Carpets from the Orient
Los Angeles, CA, Barker Brothers, 1913. Booklet , 8vo - 7¾" - 9¾". A 6" by 9" booklet, 86 pages, with many B & W illustrations and one Color (detached laid/in) with a fine cover and fine interior, with only small penciled annotations in the occasional margin, else fine. This is the same booklet as the others listed herein, but with the West Coast firm of Barker Bros. L.A. listed on the title page. Obviously an informative booklet made available to customers and interested parties. This copy contains a MAP in the rear listing all the carpet making regions of the Orient (Turkey) some 88 in all. A very clean copy. No holes, no tears, no soil, and not an ex-library copy. Square spine. Near Fine/None as Issued.
