Bingham", edited by Nicholas P. Hardeman. Also includes a lot of reviews of contemporary Western history books. Excellent copy: sewn binding, white pages, spine square/couple faint vertical creases/very slight wear at hinges, couple small/tiny wear spots on the front cover, faint remnant of a previous owner's signature on the first page.
