Booklet. 400 pages, softcover booklet with a plastic comb spine (so that it lays flat) with an illustrated frontispiece (of the Vermont Episcopal Institute, in Burlington), filled with great recipes, a lot of interior illustrations and an Index. Very nice copy: covers a little worn/darkened/one faint stain at lower corner of front (doesn't penetrate to pages), gift inscription on the first page/small address sticker on the title page, one small stain on page 389. Otherwise the book is in excellent condition with NO previous owner's signature/bookplate/highlighting/underlining/notes/stamps/(or other food stains). NOT an ex-library, NOT a book club, NOT a remainder. Very Good+ to Near Fine. Very Good+ to Near Fine.
