At least I think it's a 1st edition; no statement of printing on the copyright page. 212 pages, softcover booklet with a wire spiral spine (so that it lays flat) with a lot of pictures (some in full-color), filled with great recipes, includes an Index. Very nice copy: covers have minor creasing, very short tear/crease at lower edge of front else the book is in excellent condition with NO previous owner's signature/bookplate/highlighting/underlining/notes/stamps/(or food stains!). NOT an ex-library, NOT a book club, NOT a remainder. Very Good+ to Near Fine. Very Good+ to Near Fine.
