"Joey Adams tells an anecdotal, personality-oriented history of the club..best of all are the incidents from the famous Friars roasts-most of them X-rated and none of them ever before revealed to the public." Excellent copy: the book is as new with NO highlighting/underlining/notes/stamps. The dj has a small chip out of the spine, tiny bit of chipping at upper corners, one very short edge tear/crease else excellent, also. NOT an ex-library, NOT a book club, NOT a remainder, dj NOT price-clipped ("$8.95"). Fine in Near Fine dj. Fine/Near Fine.
