The years for 1937-1942 include both the "Examination for Fellowship" and the "Examination for Associateship. Each is 4-8 pages, with the yearly selected performance and written exams for applicants (each exam lasted two days). The entire lot has two punched holes in the left margin and is held by a tie string through the holes. Nice scarce source on organ accreditation in the U.S. and Canada. .
