Stapled pamphlet: edges frayed, conts. a bit browned for age: gd. 22 x 15 cm 110 pp. A fiery pamphlet on the infamous Manitoba Schools Question. Very scarce and an important historical document. Peel 1431. ¶ The covers are creased and moderately soiled. There are several small chips and short tears at the edges and the staples have discoloured and worn through the paper at the spine. The sections are stapled and glued, and are still quite tight, but the paper covering the spine is chipping away and there are several pieces missing including 2" pieces at the top and bottom. The contents are slightly yellowed with age but are otherwise unmarked, save for the dog-earing of the first 15 pp. There is also soiling to the bottom edge, but text is unaffected. The subtitle states, "Les Torys sont les Ennemis de la Paix en Canada. / l'Orangisme Envahissant".
