Volume XV commences with the July, 1904, issue and concludes with the June, 1905, issue. There is a comprehensive index bound in at the end of both volumes. Many issues contain finely-done b&w plates of stamps, envelopes, post marks, perforations etc., plus interesting articles on philately and collectors from around the world. Sold as a set of two only.
