Warning for misuse printed at tail. Odd issue of Dutch language official notice (communications) by the then DUTCH Military Command of Drenthe Province, April 1945. Dutch Military Command was established in dutch provinces liberated from the nazi oppression during the Second Worldwar. Very well preserved copy.
