The nomenclature of tribes and subtribes in the Orchidaceae is reviewed and brought into line with the rules of botanical nomenclature. Good copy, with extensive scholarly annotations in pencil and ink in margins, so at least is closely scrutinized indeed!. (spine with a modern cloth strip, top margin of first page discoloured, somewhat dog-eared).
