Dutch language mid-nineteenth century critical commentary about the cartoons with explanatory text presented to the general public, which is in fact an illustrated parody about a provisional new taxplan, which is preceded by a [4]pp. discourse between a psychologist and a taxpayer about taxation which is followed by an explanation in handcoloured woodcut cartoons with text providing an explanation of the objective of taxation. Very good copy in original blue blind publ. wrappers with protective mar bled 'dustjacket'. Prints with very fresh colouring indeed. Rare.
