A collection of caricatures featuring representatives of members of the League of Nations, headquarters at Geneva, Switzerland, or Volkenbond, founded after the first world war, with as subject-matter diplomatic negotiations with Japanese representatives, after the occupation of Manchuria by Imperial Japan in 1930. Calling for world-wide disarmament and settling differences by negotiation, rather than by war. Limited and numbered edition of 550 copies only, this copy bears nr. 297.
