Baron van Asbeck, &c.., & are of a multi-diciplinary nature: dutch colonial Agriculture & mining, cultural & foreign affairs, esp. the relations with China & Japan, colonial policy & administration, education, nature protection, forestry, industrial development,.. A complete set of this important bulletin that supplies a wealth of still important information. Discontinued after vol. III-no. 2 (April 1940) owing to the occupation of the Netherlands by Nazi-Germany. Very rare set. Good condition. (1st issue of vol. I with a lib. stamp on ti.-p., spine somewh. rubbed, name in ink on upper boards of vol. I & II).
