Binding is spotted with a little white discoloration, especially on its back cover, and is lightly rubbed at its spine ends and cover corners; top outside corner of front cover is a little bumped, barely affecting the top outside corners of most pages. Book is square and tightly bound. Page block edges and extreme page margins are a little darkened with age; pages are unmarked. ; Presentation page at start, as well as family record forms at end, are not filled out.
