Folded, some pencilled underlinings, light discoloration, else very good. ¶ Writing to the Dean that he would be unable to attend the funeral of the Reverend Charles Sumber Burch as he will be going out of two to pick up Mrs. LaGuardia and bring her back to New York. She had been ill for sometime. He writes that William Collins and August Ferrand, the Majority and Minority Leaders will represent the Board of Aldermen. At this time LaGuardia was president of the Board of Aldermen
