Folds, minor marginal discoloration, else in very good condition. ¶ Manuscript agreement between Richard Peters and Aaron Buskirk for Buskirk to occupy the land where he lives on Richard Peters' land for a year unless the land was sold. Richard Peters was a lawyer, judge and Revolutionary patriot of Pennsylvania and from 1792 until his death in 1828 he was a judge of the United States District Court of Pennysylvania. Peters was also a noted farmer, being the first President of the Philadelphia Society for the Promotion of Agriculture. Their "Memoirs" contains a great number of papers by him
