The itinerant playing company of Joseph Austin and Michael Heatton, a partnership that lasted from 1766 until 1775. Principle players in "Lionel and Clarissa" were Mr. Jefferys, Joseph Austin, Mr. and Mrs. Nepecker, , Mr. Massey, Miss Skyddard, Miss E. Heatton and Mrs. Austin. This was followed by "The Miller of Mansfield" with principle players being Mr. Heatton, Mrs. & Mr. Nepecker, Miss Heatton, Mr. Jefferys and Mr. Bogle
