The memorial was unveiled on April 10, 1931 (photo as frontis of booklet). Also photo of Hardy after a portrait by Augustus John in the Fitzwilliam Museum, Cambridge, England, plus two drawings about book collectors. Booklet also has the half-title page of Tess of the D'Urbervilles attached to the back. Blue binding with blue cord.
