Columbia Records. Hard Cover. Ill.: Photo Illustrated. This two-volume set is bound in decorative cloth boards. The "Union" volume is bound in dark blue, the "Confederacy" in gray; each has decorative gilt embossed lettering and illustrations, with a colored flag in the center of the cover. These books contain LP records featuring music from the Civil War era, as well as essays and photographs to accompany the recordings. These recordings were made at the National Gallery of Art in Washingtono date is provided, but they appear to date from the 1960s. Each is approx. 50 pages and 13"x11". Records are Near Fine. Very Good/No Jacket.
