Chicago: Monarch Book Co. [1901]. Hardcover in grey cloth, decorated, 2x4" plate front; 9.7". This sample contains about 30 song pages (last one numbered page 302), 28 plate pages, and title, frontis, and ads. Leather spine sample affixed on rear endpaper. There also were several pages apparently clipped or torn out at the gutter. Good to VG: solid; plate inset on cover is quite worn; gilt solid; unmarked; uneven foxing on endpapers; text pages yellowed, plate pages less so. [NOTE: several pages of those originally bound in are missing (?), clipped out.].
