Provenance: Jean-Jacques Launay, the comprehensive bibliographer of Poulet-Malassis, acquired this book after compiling his bibliography, and thus while he cites the book in his bibliography, he does not describe it (obviously because he was unable to locate any copy at all.) From him it passed to Gerard Oberle.
