A ridge to the backstrip and an area of surface abrasion to the front free endpaper where two stickers have been removed. A nice bright copy housed in a fractionally chafed version of the new dust wrapper which foregoes the striking Broom Lynne pictorial design. This re-issue is printed from the sheets of the 1966 third impression, re-cased in linson. It retains the 1966 publication date but cannot have been issued prior to the early 1970s when the ISBN system was introduced. Macdonald also reissued 'Donkey Boy' at about the same time, housed in a dust wrapper featuring a similar uniform design. Very Good/Very Good.
