Top edge dust marked and the endpapers very lightly browned. A trace of miscellaneous staining to occasional leaf margins. Very good in tanned, edgeworn and internally repaired dust wrapper with a small area of loss from the head of the spine panel (impacting 'The'). 2990 copies were printed. A fusion of Williamson's two post-war visits to the Western Front battlefields, the first in 1925 and again in 1927, arranged in a loose diary format and merging his recollections with the contemporary scene. Very Good/Good.
