Minor missing chips to the top of the spine d.j. Copies are usually found rebound. Uncommon in original binding and almost unhead of in the original dust wrapper. Inscribed in ink on front flyleaf "September 29, 1918. For Ruth Bosley from Father", former owner's bookplate inside cover "Thompson S. Weikel". Volume contains: Religio Medici; Hydriotaphia: Urn Burial; A Letter to a Friend; On Dreams. The Verulam Club was named after Francis Bacon, Lord Verulam. Fine.
