See Johnson's article in ANDON p. 15 for an extensive description of this book's importance. With 10 zincographs, 2 lithographs, 18 photo-lithographs and 4 color woodcuts, along with many halftones, both b+w and color. An important and interesting book, which centers on verbal and pictorial representations of the Inland Sea area. The artists (and authors) were Kawai Shinzo^, O^shita To^jiro^, Mitsutani Kunishiro^, Yoshida Hiroshi, Nakagawa Hachiro^, Kosugi Misei, Nakamura Fusetsu, Kanokogi Takeshiro^, Takamura Shimpu and Ishii Hakutei. The contents are slightly foxed. But overall this is a very good copy of this hard-to-find work.
