London: Published by Order of the House of Peers and printed by Samuel Billingsley, 1760. 55 pp. Folio, lacks boards, title page detached, spine mostly missing. Title page continued: "On Wednesday the 16th, Thursday the 17th and Friday the 18th of April, 1760: On the last of which Days, Judgment for murder was given against him." Faint horizontal crease, else contents excellent with only minimal foxing to edges. A good binding candidate. The 4th Earl of Ferrers murdered his estate's rent collector (Johnson), becoming the last peer of the realm to be dispatched as a criminal by hanging. .
