The authors are not credited here at all (perhaps they may have been credited on the dust jacket ?), but initials are found at the bottom of the last page: hrb = Harold R Bacon, whg = Warren H Garthright, the others I don't know. This has a laid in letter -- an informal handwritten and signed note on Air Force Civil Air Patrol letterhead, ''Happy Birthday, This is a copy of my latest effort, hot off the presses.
