Pathologist, historian and author Lester S. King [d. 2002] was a graduate of Harvard Medical School. He was diplomate of the American Board of Pathology and was on the faculty of the University of Illinois and the University of Chicago. He was a senior editor of the Journal of the American Medical Association and served a term as president of the American Association for the History of Medicine. Very good .
