Good. - sc - An original 8 inch high by 12-3/4 inch wide pen & ink survey map of acreage in East Brunswick, Pennsylvania drawn on a 12-3/4 inch high by 15- 3/4 inch wide sheet. The survey was done by Peter F. Ludwig on behalf of James H. Graeff for Messrs. Hart, Merchants in Philadelphia. Descriptive text is penned in manuscript on the facing page and signed twice by Peter F. Ludwig. The land "Situated in East Brunswick Township in Schuylkill County containing by resurvey four hundred and forty four Acres and fifty four perches strict measure, It being the same tract of Land Called China, and Surveyed on warrant, dated the 2nd day of July AD 1794, in the name of Peter Filbert Esq.." The sheet is folded with several short tears at the folds and minor chipping to the edges. The survey is slightly darkened with some browning. Good.

"Panther Creek" and "Negro Run" pass through the surveyed property. Good .
