All edges gilt. [4] leaves, 24 pages plus the colophon. Illustrated with a color portrait frontispiece of the Queen photographed by Peter Crugeon and lithographed at Skelton's Press. Fine. "One thousand copies of this book were printed from Perpetua type on Crown & Sceptre paper at the Stanbrook Abbey Press, Worcester, England."[Massmann #46].
