Some pencilling on the verso. ¶ In a later leaflet a Richmond John Birch Society front group claimed that this speech caused Martin Luther King, Jr. to cancel his upcoming Richmond appearance thus saving the community "some $100,000 to $1 million (and perhaps some lives) that would inevitably, have resulted from Dr. King's 'non-violent' agitation".
