Colorado Springs, Gowdy Printer. Soft Cover. No author noted. No date; but circa 1910, judging from some of the pictured automobiles. Stapled softcover; size: oblong 4to. Olive green covers with black lettering. 34 pages, with 32 impressive b&w photographs (captioned) of natural wonders in the Pikes Peak area. Inside front cover is text entitled "Seeing Pikes Peak Region Circle Trip"; inside rear cover is "Outline of the Geology of the Garden of the Gods", by Professor George H. Stone. Covers have edge-chipping, small edge-tears, and areas of sunning. Several small tape repairs inside front cover. Dampstain on fore-edge of covers and the blank margins of the first and last pages of text. All photos are clean and bright. Good. (Note --this is not a postcard book). Good.
