Provides background to the story, which came from the novel by Lew Wallace, sections on earlier films based on the book, but mostly on the MGM epic that starred Charlton Heston. One three page fold-out of the famous chariot race, and a five page foldout of illustrations of scenes. A very attractive book. A little rubbing of the glossy illustrated boards, but no other significant defects.
