Title page is stained and darkened, other pages are a little darkened but otherwise clean. Plates are: (at page 13) fold out "A South West Prospect of the High Church dedicated to the Holy Trinity in Kingston upon Hull" Tho Fleming Sculpt. (top left corner including part of sly is missing); and (in Addenda) foldout "South West View of Scarborough Engrav'd at the Expense of Mr Tho. Gent by Jon.
