Book has light gray cloth binding with gilt printing on spine and it is clean, straight and tight. The front end page has been torn out, but if not for that, the book would be near fine. Dustjacket is bright, clean and crisp, and price intact. It is illustrated with a photograph of an eagle on the front panel and a duck on the back panel. There is a 2 inch, internally mended tear on the lower back near the spine, otherwise just some slight shelving wear to edges. This book is full of beautiful color photographs of North American birds, 85 to be exact, and introduces the reader to each bird with text that is accurate and interesting. Color Photographs; 10 1/2" x 10 1/4"; 96 pages. VG/VG.
